Since young, especially chinese, we have been told that the Great Wall of China is the only building in the whole world that is visible from the moon. And of course, the chinese WAS very proud of it.
Ever since Neil Armstrong made the first step on the moon, he said that, he did not see anything from the China Continent, nor any other continents as well. Basically, nothing from the Earth was visible from the moon.
Maybe from now on, we should stop telling the younger generations that the Great Wall of China is that magnificent, when it isn’t that great until it can be seen from the Universe!
HOWEVER, the History of the Great Wall of China is fun and worth the time to learn!!
